Discovery Call
Each project begins with a complimentary Discovery Call where we get to know more about you and your project. You will also hear about our services and have an opportunity to ask questions. If we mutually agree to move forward, we will email you a Lifestyle Questionnaire and our Letter of Agreement for your initial consultation. Once the agreement is signed, we'll schedule our first on-site visit.
Home Review & Consultation
During the Home Review and Design Consultation, we delve into the Lifestyle Questionnaire you completed and ask all the right questions to get a complete picture of your style, the project's scope, and your lifestyle. Then we tour your home and take photos, videos, and measurements for our next phase. At this time, we'll send over the official Project Proposal for the full scope of work.
Design Development
Now, it's time to bring your vision to life in our studio. We work diligently behind the scenes, creating mood boards, 3D renderings, and floor plans to illustrate how your future home will look, feel, and function. After we've gathered all the material samples and sourced furnishings and decor, we schedule your Design Presentation. You have the opportunity to share feedback, see iterations, and approve the final design!
Procurement and Project Management
Now, we take the lead and expertly manage the many moving pieces of your renovation. During this phase we will:
- Order, track, receive, and inspect all materials and furnishings
- Coordinate the construction with contractors and trades
- Be on-site as needed to ensure work is following the design plan
- Update you weekly with ongoing progress
Installation and Photography
Your project is almost complete! Once construction wraps up, we will schedule the final installation of all your furnishings, artwork, and decor. We style it beautifully for results that will feel as photo-ready as they are personal and livable. Then, it's time to come home!

As a design firm that prioritizes meaningful, personal homes, we absolutely value your family heirlooms and favorite furnishings. During your Design Consultation, let us know which furnishings you would like to keep in the final design, and we will be sure to weave them in beautifully.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary widely based on the scope of your project, the number of custom features you would like to include, the availability of labor and materials. For example, two full-home renovations could have drastically different timelines depending on what you want.
